I passed my UK Manual test 1st time and it's all thank to my AMAZING instructor, who is the best instructor, Tony. Tony was thorough and very patient at all times, I recommend Tony to be your instructor. Thank you very much Tony

I chose 4wheelz and was very nervous through my first lessons but I was out with the best instructor you could have, Tony was a great person, very helpful and was great to have a chat with. I passed my driving test today and I could not have done it without my instructor Sayed. Just passed today first time on my test. Tony was my instructor no faults at all.very friendly always early to lessons and was always patient with me. Little brother is taking soon Definitely gonna recommend tony

Terrible company, paid 99 for starter lessons which clearly states on their webiste "little experience" I got in the car shown the instructor I knew the pedals and pulled away at 5mph and he told me I can't have the starter price and had to pay per lesson. Even though I did what any other new learner did, pull off and press the accelerator my instructor was 10 minutes late on EVERY lesson and I would be home 5-10 minutes early EVERY lesson. Felt like money wasted, didn't get my 5 lessons before I let the company know who just ranted at me on the phone rather than let me explain stuff. Blamed me for booking a test he advised me on due to back log and covid.

Then told me the starter price was for people with NO previous lessons. Which isn't true. The lessons I did have my instructor was on the phone looking down then glancing up and just letting me drive and struggle. I hit curbs, changed wrong gear, didn't turn enough. Coming out at junctions. Swerving cars and all the time he just shouted every now and again. Grabbed the wheel one time and called me silly.

Wouldn't never recommend this company at all. In the end they cancelled my lessons and one lady told me to pay more even though I was still in my pack. The disgusting way she spoke on the phone was absolutely shocking for a company who relies on people paying alot of money. Stay away

I have had 3 different instructors and I was not happy with any of them until I reached this company. Great customer service with the ladies over the phone and my instructor Neil had taught me a LOT with only 10 lessons. I have passed my practical all because of him. He is the best instructor. He is very patient and eager to help you pass your test. Thank you so much for all your help.

I passed my test first time today with 4 wheelz at the Wednesbury test centre and the relief was ridiculous. Can't thank my instructor Tony enough, he was patient, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. I am an anxious person and he was really understanding and calm whenever I made a mistake, I'm so grateful and lucky to have learnt with him he's a wonderful instructor and I fully recommend him to anyone looking to start lessons.

Khalil was my driving instructor, through his teachings I was able to pass my test first time. He was very professional and helpful in teaching me how to safely drive a car and without his guidance and support I wouldn't have been able to pass first time. He is an instructor I would highly recommend if planning on taking lessons around kings heath

Would highly recommend. I changed company and instructor after I failed my test and I was recommended 4wheelz. My new instructor Andy was fantastic, within a few lessons I could already tell the difference with my driving. I had a test booked up when we went into the first lockdown, which got cancelled, this didnt help my confidence either, as lessons couldn't go ahead for a good few months, but once we were back open I had to do my theory again to then rebook my test.

My instructor was very patient and understanding throughout my lessons and was able to talk me through what happened in situations while driving or if I did something on my lesson i.e didnt slow down enough, he explained and asked me questions on what I could do to improve my driving, which helped me have a better understanding and hopefully be a safer driver in the long run. I passed my test Tuesday 30th Nov and couldn't be happier! Thank you!

I had around 15 hours of lessons and I have never experienced such poor customer service. I had not done one manoeuvre on ANY of my lessons. Which on reading some other reviews on here, my problems have also been the problems of other people. I had to cancel one lesson due to testing positive for COVID-19 and even sent my PCR test result to my instructor so he knew it was a legitimate reason for cancellation.

Then I had to re-arrange a few lessons due to my shift patterns at work. I've always given 5/6 days if I needed to rearrange (which wasn't too often) and on the last time of having to re-arrange a lesson I was text back by my instructor telling me "due to short notice cancellations in the past he is not booking me in for any more lessons". absolutely appalling, especially considering on more than one occasion my instructor had rearranged my lessons and I agreed and it was never a problem.

What is more appalling that I have messaged the 4wheelz team directly with a complaint and they have not even bothered to listen to my side of the story and are just taking the side of my (now ex) driving instructor. I've now started with another instructor at a different company who has actually advised me that it appears the driving instructor I had with 4wheelz 'just left me to get on with it and was happy to keep taking my money without actually teaching me much'.

After my experience I began talking to others who have used 4wheelz and have had bad experiences to. I just wish I had done more research before being hundreds of pounds down. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you like wasting money to be no further forward!

Khalil was my driving instructor and he has been a great teacher! He set the aim for me to pass first time and we managed to achieve that goal. He really has been helpful and provided me with great instructions and advice on how to learn all aspects. He has always been very positive and friendly and made me enjoy my lessons! I recommend for anyone new to have him as instructor as he is great at explaining all aspects. Thank you again!

Called to ask several questions about the UK licensing system as i'm from New Zealand and don't know anything about the process. I spoke to receptionist Sarah who was extremely helpful and was a pleasure to speak with, she provided such great customer service and is an asset to the business

I have had 4 different instructors on my journey to passing my driving test. Anthony was by far the best instructor I ever had. We was instrumental in me passing my test. Being patient through all my questions and wonderfully assuring when I'd have trouble learning the finer points of certain manoeuvres. He helped me grow the confidence to sail through my driving test when the day finally came around.

Plus he was extremely flexible when I needed to adjust lesson times around my work or social schedule. If you have the fortune of learning in the Warwick or Leamington Spa area 100% ask for Anthony.

I had Bill Singh as my driving instructor and he is absolutely top class. Very professional and his style of teaching is really excellent. I would definitely recommend my driving instructor to other learners out there. My experience had been excellent with this company.

I'm extremely happy I passed with no minors with the help and care of my great instructor Bill. He has a way of teaching that helps you understand and learn very quickly! I'm glad I had Bill as an instructor because even the examiner told us that I was one of the best drivers he had for a long time!

I had been told that the 99 offer could not be refunded, but after i had paid for 40 hours throughout the year, right at the end before my actual test was going to be booked I was told I am supposed to book further 15 hour lessons, when that did not work I got told i am not allowed to take a break within my lessons for more than 2 weeks, as it goes against the Terms and Conditions also i would loose my deal which i initially paid for.

Upon calling 4wheelz the staff members were unreasonably arrogant, and explained their terms and conditions with attitude. I was informed this would be looked into, and i would receive a call back. No call back received, eventually i had to call them myself. *When I first spoke to them no one informed about this 2 week break or I could loose the deal. My advice there are better agencies out there who are much more organised and care about their customers.

I thank 4wheelz for helping me get to pass my driving test and given me a good instructor, I thank as well to Omar for teaching me in a short time that I passed first time my driving test I would definitely recommend him and 4wheels Driving school to anyone looking for the best when it comes to preparing for a driving test.

I had had a few lessons with a previous company but needed to change as the lessons were taking too long. From the very first lesson with Steve, I felt comfortable and was excited to learn with him. He was patient, talkative and helpful with every piece of driving I needed to learn. He squeezed in as many lessons as he could when getting closer to my test and knew exactly what to say to keep me calm. I am grateful for everything Steve and 4wheelz did for me and I now cannot wait to own my own car and get on the road.
