This is honestly the worst service I have ever used when ordering online. I received the wrong dress of which I posted back immediately and also made you aware that I needed the correct one sent out asap. I have received limited correspondence from yourselves. I still have received the correst dress, I don't even know if it's been posted? Absolutely disgraceful service. Won't use again and won't recommend.

Really disappointed at the service I have just received from DLSB. They sent me the wrong dress and refuse to do anything about it to put it right for me, I basically have to send the dress back ( which I never did order) and order the dress again which I originally wanted. I'm out of pocket for the original postage and now having to pay for next day delivery for the dress I ordered in the first place to arrive on time for an event. Not great customer service, and even more frustrating there's no contact number to get things resolved quickly. As the turnaround isn't the quickest
