I'm an older driver so had concerns about how I would pick things up and how patient the instructor might be with me if I was a bit slower than a 17 year old. However even after the first lesson with Johnny I was completely put at ease and felt so much more confident. He was extremely encouraging and positive and I felt he tailored his teaching methods to suit my learning style. I passed my test first time, which I would never have though possible, thanks to his personable nature and style of teaching which really bolstered m confidence

I passed first time after taking lessons with Johnny. Johnny was always patient, understanding, and built my confidence with each lesson. He was also very good at accommodating lessons around my work schedule. His expert knowledge was invaluable to my learning. I had a few lessons with a different instructor years ago and never looked forward to lessons but this time around I found myself looking forward to lessons. I learned to drive in the US but my driving skills were quite rusty after living in Glasgow for many years. I was super nervous about learning to drive in the U.K. and put off learning for so long. I finally took the plunge August 2020 and booked lessons with Johnny. Johnny's approach is relaxed, supportive and encouraging whilst still making sure your driving is to the right standard.

His approach really boosted my confidence and I found myself looking forward to our lessons each week. My test was cancelled in December 2020 due to lockdown and I had to reschedule it for early May 2021. This left little time for me to refresh my skills before my test once restrictions lifted. Johnny made sure he was available for lessons and took me on a number of common test routes so that I was ready for my test - which I passed first time! Johnny is a truly excellent instructor and the time spent learning with him was a worthwhile investment. I would confidently recommend him to anyone who is looking to be a confident and skilled driver on U.K. roads.

As learner driver in my mid-40s, I decided to give it once last shot at attempting to learn, having had loads of bad experiences with other driving schools over the years. All that changed when I started with John at E-Driving. Absolutely brilliant tuition resulting in a first time pass! John is good humoured, great chat and is a brilliant instructor. Highly recommended without a doubt.

Gerry has a calm manner and is a very knowledge teacher. As a parent, I could see progress every lesson and was reassured that he was gaining confidence. I was very happy Gerry took my son for lessons despite being very booked up! I would not hesitate to recommend him and I wouldn’t want anyone else to teach my daughter!

Failed my test a couple of times a few years back and had lost all confidence but driving with Gerry gave me it back and I passed first time with him!
