With no driving experience under his belt, we were surprised how much progress our son had made with his driving only after a couple of lessons with Phil. Phil was very flexible with pick up and drop off which was really helpful with our son's sixth form in Southampton and us living in the Waterside. He kept us well informed regarding disruptions due to covid and is really grateful that he did his best to accommodate lessons for our son to prepare him for his test just few days after the second lockdown was lifted. Our son passed his driving test first time, thank you Phil and we wish you all the best in the future.

The instructor appeared to tell his driver to pull out in front of me cutting me up on a roundabout. Really dangerous. No apology so it was clearly intentional and not driver error.

If this tard teaches like he drives undercutting me today, forcing me into another lane, coming out of Soton then it is no wonder that people no longer know how to drive properly. DON'T TOUCH. I can recommend many much better driving instructors.

I learnt to drive with Phil from Top Drive in 2008. he is an excellent instructor. I found him very patient. If I struggled with anything he would explain how to rectify it as many times as you wanted! I would recommend Top Drive UK to anyone who wants to learn to drive.

At the age of 22 I felt it was about time that I got behind the wheel of a car. Top Drive UK offered me three 2 hour lessons a week, including some free hours. My instructor was very patient and supportive as he took me through the various lessons on the syllabus. I was very impressed with the pace I was learing at and knew this was due to my instructors precise yet fun tuition. Exactly a month after I began my lessons he believed I was ready to take the test - he was right! I pased first time and only have Top Drive UK to thank!
