Confidence Driving School guarantees you the very highest quality driving lessons tailored to suit your individual needs. I am a Grade A instructor that specialises in nervous drivers. Whether you feel apprehensive about starting lessons or you want to regain that confidence you lost or if you just want to build on your knowledge and skills Confidence Driving School is for you.
As a photo is required for your licence the DVLA can use your passport photo if you have one. If you don't have one, or you want to use a different one, this will need to be sent to the DVLA separately. You can find costs for all licence types here. Before you start the hazard perception part of the test, you'll be shown a short video clip about how it works before being shown a series of video clips on a computer screen. The clips feature everyday road scenes and contain at least one developing hazard - but one of the clips will feature two developing hazards.

Manufacturer's guide, use a reliable pressure gauge, check and adjust pressures when tyres are cold, don't forget spare tyre, remember to refit valve caps. Tell me how you make sure your head restraint is correctly adjusted so it provides the best protection in the event of a crash.
Unfortuantely, statistics show that new drivers of any age are more likely to have a collission within the first two years of passing their test than at any other time in their driving career. While this is really just down to a lack of experience insurance premiums merely reflect the increased risk.

After just 17 hours of lessons I have passed first time with 3 driving faults. Mark is a fantastic instructor, he is very patient when you make mistakes and never raises his voice. A very welcoming and comfortable learning experience especially when I was so nervous. He has helped me become a safe and calm driver and I would seriously recommend him to anyone looking to learn how to drive.

Today I passed my driving test first time with only 3 driving faults. That's absolutely all thanks to Mark! Out of the two instructors I've had he's by far my favourite. Mark has the patience of a saint, a calming affect, the best analogies to help you remember important information, a friendly approach and an all round great teacher. He helped me overcome fears and feel confident behind the wheel. I am grateful I found Mark and would 100% recommend him to anyone!

Confidence Driving School is a second to none service! Mark is a fantastic driving instructor, who focuses on teaching you the tools you need to become an excellent driver on the roads. An ideal instructor for new and experienced learners alike and able to provide extensive driving knowledge from a wealth of experience. Mark helped me learn to drive safely, comfortably, and calmly and to not fall into many of the pitfalls/bad habits many drivers develop. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough.

I'm so thankful for Mark and his driving school, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't of passed first time after 30 hours with only 1 minor. He has a really relaxed and laid back approach that makes you feel really comfortable yet confident. Would 100% recommend to anyone and everyone as he's an amazing driving instructor overall

I'm still over the the moon for passing my test just yesterday - all thanks to Mark! He is a very good listener, a great teacher and a wonderful person in general. I was always looking forward to my driving lessons as they were the highlight of my week. In my opinion, it's very important to have enjoyable experience and I can reassure anyone that if you go with Confidence Driving School, it will be as good as it can get!
