My name is Nicky Nixon and I run Nicky's School Of Motoring, which is an independent driving school. I live in Brighouse and I am a fully qualified, female driving instructor who is friendly, patient and understanding. I am also a registered Pass Plus instructor. Learning to drive can be a daunting experience so I ensure that driving lessons at my driving school are as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. So don't worry if you are nervous, you will very quickly start to enjoy the experience. I can provide you with driving lessons tailored to suit you, so you will be taught at your own pace. I offer driving lessons in Brighouse, Halifax, Huddersfield and surrounding areas. You would be learning to drive in a Ford Fiesta Style Climate 1.4 Diesel, with dual controls and air conditioning.

A provisional licence permits you to drive a car under the supervision of another driver who is at least 21 years old and who has held (and still holds) a full driving licence for at least three years. Any vehicle you drive must be fitted with "L" plates front and rear. You may apply for a provisional licence up to three months before your seventeenth birthday, but it will not become valid until you turn seventeen.

The dipstick is identified in the picture below. This involves you opening the bonnet. You would check the oil level by removing the dipstick, wipe it clean of oil, dip it back in, removing it again and the oil should leave an oily mark between the maximum and minimum marker. Open the bonnet and tell me how you'd check that the engine has sufficient engine coolant.
