Before you can get behind the wheel you'll need a provisional driving license. You will need a D1 form from your local post office in order to apply. The average waiting time is approx. 3 weeks. 2: Driving Theory Test. Book this as soon as you get your provisional license. In order to book your practical test you need to pass the theory first, so the quicker you book it the quicker you can move on.

Marco is the best driving instructor there is! He is calm, friendly and supportive, and has a genuine interest in you succeeding. I always look forward to lessons with him as he always challenges you and keeps you engaged. I left his driving school feeling safe, confident and excited to drive. I can't recommend him enough.

Marco is an exceptional instructor! His patient and calm manner meant I could relax and focus on learning to drive. The encouragement and feedback after each lesson built my determination to pass. On the day of my test, I went in feeling prepared, confident and at ease which resulted in me passing first time with only one minor. Marco's teaching experience also gave me the skills to become a driver beyond taking the test. I would absolutely recommend Marco to anyone for his professional and friendly approach to teaching - I thoroughly enjoyed learning to drive with him!

Marco is an excellent driving instructor and he helped me pass first time. What really helped me was that he was always calm and patient, and he made the lessons enjoyable (not always easy in Oxford rush-hour traffic!). I never thought I would be able to pass first time but he really boosted my confidence and was happy to explain things repeatedly if required. He really does care about you being a good driver, rather than just passing the test. Would highly recommend!

I feel really lucky to have been taught by Marco, he was always patient and made learning fun and straightforward! I have now passed and feel safe. He always made sure my lessons could fit around my job and the same for my test! I would recommend him to anyone - especially nervous drivers looking to gain confidence.

There is never any pressure or nervousness in any of my lessons. He was committed to getting the full potential out of my driving. I passed first time all thanks to Marco! I was loosing confidence with my first unreliable instructor and beginning to think I would never get driving. When I found Marco online there was only about 4 days between then and my first lesson, before I was having to wait for up to two weeks for a lesson with my first instructor. I was taught by Marco for only a few months, but he covered everything thoroughly and at my pace with me that I would need to know to be a safe driver.
He was flexible with times and fitted my lessons around what suited me, was kind when I made many mistakes and ALWAYS encouraging. One of the first things Marco said to me In our first lesson was that it was my money and if at any point I did not feel satisfied by his teaching it was my choice to go elsewhere, however I always felt good in my lessons and the proof was in my passing first time! Thank you sooooooo much Marco! Anyone learning to drive and feeling under confident I thoroughly recommend learning with Marco.

Marco is one of the most patient and motivating people I have ever met! I couldn't have passed my test without him. I was a nervous driver and very picky in my choice of instructor!
Marco's is incredibly encouraging, calm and obviously a dedicated teacher. He is passionate about making sure his students are safe and confident drivers and not just 'getting you through' your driving test. I would recommend Marco to anyone and especially to the more nervous drivers out there.

I have tried to pass the driving test for the past one and half year before Marco took me over, he is an amazing instructor immediately pointed out my bad habits and weaknesses, only 2 and half months later, on 1st Nov, I passed my driving test with only two minor errors, unbelievable!!! Best driving instructor ever, huge fun and most importantly, he will let you enjoying the driving along with being confident and safe!
