Sooooo I started doing lessons with Ian in 2019 then after 2 lockdowns and having a baby I finally passed today first time! Couldn't recommend him as an instructor enough, he is so so patient and understanding. Had a lot more faith in me than I had in my self which helped a lot! Would recommend to anyone most deffo. Thank you again

Recently passed my test with Ian at 30 weeks pregnant. Throughout my lessons, I was reassured and given the tools to become a confident driver, despite my nerves and struggling with my hormones, Ian was patient and didn't push at all. I was taught how to drive, instead of how to pass my test and now I can take the skills I've learned and put them to use. I'd 110% recommend Ian and revolution to anyone! Can't thank Ian enough for the support and finally helping me get to this point!

Had some lessons with john white, passed obviously because he was very informative and clear about everything he wanted and also used listen illustrations so that i understood which for someone with adhd was perfect so top marks and thank you very much for your help

Could not recommend Ian enough! He took me from being the most teary, nervous person behind the wheel to being confident driving, and passing first time! Ian was always very patient with me and listened to my worries and what I wanted to work on. Absolutely amazing

John is a great instructor. i'm a nervous driver but he put me at ease and helped keep me from panicking. learning to drive was very disrupted for me due to covid and lockdowns but he helped build my confidence back up every time it took a knock after i couldn't have lessons for a while. i would definitely recommend him!

I started learning to drive with Ian in January 2020. I was extremely nervous as I had no previous driving experience and had recently moved to the area. Revolution came highly recommended to me and Ian immediately calmed me down and made me feel comfortable behind the wheel from the offset. Revolution don't just teach you to pass your test, they allow you to develop your own personalised driving style which sets you in good stead for independent driving. I passed my driving test on Friday - something I never thought I'd say! I can't recommend Ian and Revolution more!

I originally started my driving lessons with Ian after the first covid lockdown. There was a lot of disruptions during my learning to drive and my lessons were never consistent due to lockdown and me moving to university in September. I returned to lessons on the 20th of December with the intention of passing my test on 24th December. After not having lessons for over 3 months I was very nervous about doing my test and driving in general however Ian was very patient with me after me saying multiple times that I wouldn't pass.

He really helped to calm my nerves throughout the week and helped with any anxieties I had about the test. All throughout my lessons Ian helped me learn to drive by explaining things to me in a way that I understood which really helped my confidence in the run up to my test. I am very glad I went with Ian for my lessons and would recommend revolution driving school to anyone! thankyou for all your hard work!

John was a great driving instructor throughout my time of learning. Managed to pass third try in buxton with only 3 minors throughout the test, many thanks in part to johns teaching. He's very informative throughout the lessons and is patient from start to finish. Was an enjoyable experience throughout learning and would highly recommend to anyone learning to drive in the area.

Very happy that my daughter passed her driving test 1st time. Thanks to Rob for his patient tuition, my daughter is a very confident new driver. Highly recommend, excellent service.

I have known Ian at Revolution Driving for a number of years and today I passed my practical driving test with him. This was only achieved from all his knowledge, expertise, patience and perseverance. It was easy and not being able to have regular lessons made it harder but we did it! Ian was my third driving instructor and the only one i actually liked, he makes you feel comfortable and the lessons fun. I passed my driving test on my second attempt with only 4 minors!! i thoroughly recommend Ian if you want to pass quickly and confidently!
