Drive Rite Back in 1983 John Welch set up as a driving instructor based in Eaton Socon, his wife Joyce qualified in 1989 and they formed a formidable partnership as Driverite Driving School. Since that time, our belief in the importance of quality instruction has seen the driving school go from strength to strength and there are now many vehicles on the road all under the Driverite banner.

Driverite offer a wide variety of excellent tuition ranging from the eager 16 year old (off-road) to the more mature, nervous individual.
Services
If you have never held a driving licence before, you must apply for a provisional licence. You will need to enclose original documentation confirming your identity and a passport sized colour photograph taken against a plain light background, it may take up to three weeks to get your provisional licence returned.
Make sure that you choose a Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor by asking to see the certificate bearing his or her photograph, this should be current and displayed in the car. Do not be fooled by the strings of initials after the names of some instructors, these often refer to organisations or associations.
The Government has introduced new legislation, which extends the work place to include the interior of company vehicles, thus placing a duty of care on employers to ensure company drivers are adequately trained. With this in mind, the DSA has put in place a registration scheme for fleet driver trainers.
In our continuing endeavour to offer value for money and the very best of service, we have maintained our prices at low levels. Please contact us for details of our prices and latest special offers. Driverite Driving School reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice - if in doubt, please call us.
