A Peter Carol is fantastic company and one we will definitely use again. Our journey to Lee Valley Hockey & Tennis centre with Peter Carol was nothing short of luxurious and as a hockey team we will now look to use The Regency for all our away matches. Shaun was clearly a professional driver who reacted to the unexpected closure of the M4 with a reassuring calm.
The fact the players arrived completely relaxed for the final speaks volumes for not only his driving skills but also the quality of the coach, which was luxurious and extremely comfortable. Thank you for enabling the players to have a great day.

I would l just like to thank Peter Carol Coaches again for the excellent service we received yesterday to London. The coach as always was punctual, extremely clean and comfortable. Our driver was superb throughout and his knowledge of London was second to none. This was put to the test as we had a few last minute changes.

Our coach journey from Bath to and from Gatwick was so good it felt very much part of our holiday. Our driver Andy was punctual, professional and courteous while the coach was luxurious. Tables throughout the length of the coach, an on-board toilet and a kitchen should we have needed it. Peter Carol may not be the cheapest around, but they are not much more expensive and, I feel, worth every penny. I would absolutely use them again, and again. Thank you Peter Carol.

I've used Peter Carol Coaches on 6 occasions and each time I've been very impressed with the level of customer care. The drivers and stewards are excellent and the coaches are much more luxurious and comfortable than others I have tried. I've recommended them to other people who have also been impressed.

I've only given this business 1 star because you can't give 0. They left my elderly mother and I out in freezing conditions for almost an hour waiting for their coach. When I called to complain they were so rude then said they would tell their driver not to bother turning up if we were no longer prepared to wait in the freezing clold at the pick up point - I just wanted to get my mum somewhere warm for 10 mins. Terrible company. Terrible customer service and rude staff.
