ABC Driving School

I would definitely recommend ABC Driving School! Thank you so much to my instructor Lisa, I have just completed a 25 hour intensive driving course and passed my test with 1 minor, which I never thought was possible! I was such a nervous driver and the smallest of things would make me feel so anxious, Lisa would always remain calm no matter what and made me feel so at ease unlike previous instructors. Thank you to Nigel as well who although wasn't my instructor, would always be friendly and reassuring whenever I'd see him! I had a lovely week

Nigel at ABC was very helpful and had to work hard to get me a pass. I did a 36 hour intensive course which didn't work out. DVSA canceled my test booked for the friday at the end of the course but Nigel somehow managed to find me a replacment test on the saturday! I ended up failing that first test but on the way home Nigel managed to book me back in for more hours and a test less than a month later which is frankly incredible due to the current waiting times. I came back up to Llandudno and managed to pass! Thanks to Nigel, Paul and Mark for fitting me in where they could.

ABC Llandudno delivered far more than I could have imagined! I took the 36 hour course and was lucky enough to have Matt as my instructor. He was patient but put me in situations where I'd learn and grow and not just be ready for the test, but be ready to drive on the roads with confidence. Matt, you really made the experience! The tour of North Wales was a huge bonus. This option is far from cheap, but I could not recommend it more in terms of learning and results. Thank you ABC.

After a week's intensive course with Nigel, Cai passed his driving test with only one fault. We can't recommend Nigel and ABC Diving School highly enough. Fantastic communication and service from start to finish.

I could write an essay on this but I'll keep it short. I took an intensive 'one week' course and it was dragged out 3 weeks despite me asking for it as intense as possible. I don't know how they can legally market it as an intense course. Unfortunately my test was cancelled due to a national lockdown in-forced the day before my test and when I asked to take the test 3 months later after restrictions finally allowed, I was quoted another 20 lessons (at this point I had already taken 42!) The course cost over 1000, about 30 an hour and I spent a lot of my paid time sat in the Bangor driving center car park (whilst Lisa watched competitors.

We would sit here for anywhere between 15-45minutes a session with no heating on in the cold car). We also spent a lot of time in Asda car park where Lisa bought and ate her lunch whilst I sat there and watched the clock. Bare in mind some of these sessions were 3.5 hours so I had eaten prior. It was extremely unprofessional and Lisa should've scheduled in her lunch when it was not on someone else's paid time.

They also wouldn't provide a sat nav until the morning of my due test, this was infuriating and made me lack confidence. I think it was laziness as I had expressed concern about me never using one whilst driving before. I have held off writing a review as I don't like to dwell on negative experiences however a friend asked me about my driving and encouraged me to write this review.

I felt like I was taken advantage of by the couple and was treated like a child (despite being 24!). I did not carry out the additional 20 lessons and ABC actually kept the cost of the driving test which Bangor had refunded them for. Would strongly advise against learning with this couple and one of my biggest regrets is using their service.

I couldn't recommend ABC Driving School Llandudno enough. I completed a 35-hour course in one week and have just passed my test on the first attempt! As I had limited time available, I was delighted with how professionally and efficiently they dealt with my request. The organisation of the course and test was quick and hassle-free and the entire process ran smoothly and reliably from start to finish. Lisa, my instructor, is clear, patient and encouraging.

She quickly identified, focused in and ironed out my faults and by the end of the week, my confidence and ability had improved significantly. This was exactly what I needed and I am delighted with the service I received. Thank you so much! I couldn't have done it without you!

Absolutely top notch. Took me from zero to hero in just over a week. From no confidence to full of confidence to tackle country roads and dual carriageways as well as mastering the other essential skills necessary for test day and beyond. Llandudno is a great place to detach and focus on job at hand. I was blessed with a very firm but also very fair instructor.

We got on very well and the guidance provided was always appropriate and key to getting up that learning curve. I also now know exactly where to go for the best bacon baps in the Conwy region! Summary: Would highly recommend!

My son did a 3 day pre-test course and the instructor was brilliant and really helped with the manouvers and with being test ready. The arrangements were all done by Nigel and clearly communicated and everything was efficient. The cost was reasonable, the service was first class and I would recommend ABC to anyone.

Wanting to get my B+E Trailer License, I got in touch with Nigel at ABC Driving. Right from the initial phone call, Nigel was great, answering all my questions and queries. My lessons took place over 3 days with the test following my final lesson, equating to 10 hours in total. Throughout our sessions Nigel was brilliant, putting me at ease, getting rid of some bad habits, making the lessons enjoyable yet challenging all whilst having great chat.

I was fortunate enough to pass my B+E first time and I wouldn't have done it without Nigel's tutoring. I strongly recommend getting in touch with ABC Driving if you are thinking about any driving lessons. Thanks again Nigel for all your help, it was greatly appreciated! Will.

I would totally recommend using this driving school - fab communication from my very first email enquiring about the intensive driving course for my son to the day he passed with a fab easy going driving instructor. My son came home buzzing each day after his lessons and learnt so much during the course and can't thank them enough for their highly professional service in what has been an extremely difficult time through Covid-19. Thank you once again thank you personally to Lisa for being amazing with him

My daughter passed her test with ABC Llandudno not only passed but passed with zero faults we chose the 30 hour intensive course which not only helped her pass but boosted her confidence in driving from day 1 with them. We travelled from Staffordshire but it was well worth the cost such a great friendly team at ABC Llandudno would recommend to all parents looking at courses. If I could rate 10 stars then that still wouldn't be enough.
