I contacted ProDrive with an interest to undertake the Pass Plus Driving Course. The staff failed to be honest with me and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism throughout the month long period I was in contact with them. On every occasion we spoke on the phone (a man named Neil), I kept being promised they would call me back with an update on booking a course date (e.g. "in two days for definite", "in an hour", "by the end of today, absolutely").

It was not so much the delay in booking that angered me the most (I understand the course must take 2 customers to be cost efficient for all parties involved), it was the failure to at least call me to say "we're really sorry but the other party is unable to do the course" or something to that end. They never once lived up to their word. If anything they began to treat me more and more poorly, as if their aim was to insult customers. No apology was offered. This company is disgraceful, and should be avoided.
