I had driving instructor Michael Robb. I soon found I was very lucky to have gotten someone who teaches to such high standards and makes it enjoyable at the same time. Any mistakes you make are picked up on or any queries about driving on the road are all quickly fixed and answered in a positive and friendly manner. I would recommend Michael Robb to anyone who is looking for these same qualities.

I passed my test, first attempt. Mr. David Tasler from acclaim driving school was my instructor. He is a very friendly and calm person. He put me at ease straight away and helped build my confidence within the first couple of lessons. Would highly recommend.

Abdul Hannan is the best instructor I could've asked for. He is amazing! If you are in the Leicester area, I would recommend him. He was very punctual, never late and never cancelled on me. The lessons were enjoyable; he had a lot of patience and was always encouraging when I found some tasks difficult. He is a very friendly and approachable person, which made the lessons better and made me feel more relaxed.

He would always go over areas that I didn't understand and ensure I became confident in them. I started my lessons in March and passed my test at the end of April at the Wigston test centre with only two minors. He taught me how to be a safe driver; I will remember him for life. Choose him as your instructor!

Guy McMillan was the best instructor I could have asked for. He was patient and kind, most of all he really helped me get over all the issues that were holding me back, which was extremely helpful as someone who's a bit of a nervous driver. Equipped me with the skills and know-how to get past those particular blocks in the future as well as getting me road worthy and safe. Couldn't be happier with Acclaim and my instructor, thank you so, so much for everything!

I did an intensive course with the instructor Gary and had such a wonderful experience, he was always willing to answer questions I had, taught me how to drive correctly and put me at ease/ kept me calm throughout the whole course. He's really friendly and such a nice person, I passed first time with only 2 minors thanks to him. Can't recommend him enough! :

Andy Hutchinson is so patient and kind. I would highly recommend him. I passed second time round but when I failed the first time, Andy reassured me that he'd get me to the point I needed to be to pass and I passed a month later when next test date was available with 7 minors. He's just amazing and I can't fault him

I have just completed a 1 week intensive course with Jonathan, passing first time. We drove 3.5 hours per day in the build up to a test on the Friday. Couldn't have asked for a better instructor in Jonathan, he was brilliant from day one! Very calm, polite and always helping with confidence.

My instructor Pete was the best. He's professional, patient, a good teacher and everything a new learner could ask for. During my early days I had phobia for driving but he was able to help me identify and work out my fears. He had to tailor the lessons to meet my learning needs and even had to arrange for extra lessons for me. He put in so much effort and I'm glad I passed the first time.

A huge thank you to Eddie for helping me pass my driving test first time! Was really good and helped me get test ready by preparing me for all types of situations and scenarios. I will never forget having snow on my first lesson and of course the swans haha would highly recommend anyone wanting to drive to take their lessons with Eddie!

Do not use this company they are a bunch of scammers and terribly rude. Once they have your money they don't care, I repeat again do not use this company. They are unprofessional, I was told my lessons would start in jan and they kept pushing them back and back in the end I asked for a refund to be met by rudeness, I am still awaiting refund.

Booked ten hours with them paid advance was meant to do two hours on every wednessday, on first wednessday it was two hour then next four weeks one hour each week then instructor became sick and then after couple of week i called them then they booked two more hours that are total eight hours but Acclaim driving say it is nine hours and one hour is left so they are not booking only one hour. I can share handwritten proof of driving instructor here but i don't think it is appropriate to share. Only request to all those who want to book with them be careful.

I had 12 lessons with Nadira and I passed my test first time with only 1 minor. Nadira is amazing and made me feel like I was just taking a friend for a drive who was there to guide me too. 100% recommend Nadira thank you for everything

Paid 1200 for intensive driving course. Waited just under a year which due to covid is to be expected. What I did not expect is that after failing my test, they have not contacted me over a week later. The driving test instructor said that they had their email down to get my feedback and it would be sent directly to them, having phoned them myself twice due to no communication from them I have just been told they don't always get these but I can contact the dvla myself if I want.

What did I pay 1200 for? I also phoned them a few hours after my failed test and was told they would look on Monday for new test dates, having heard nothing by today I phoned again where I was told they will be looking next Monday when they release them. The exact same thing that was told to me last week. If I had not contacted them, they would not have contacted me at all to inform me of the next steps or give me any information.

Case of theve had my money so couldn't care less. I'm not optimistic they will be contacting me with another test date as I feel I will continue to be treated as less than a priority. I would also like to add that I was able to book another test for myself 14 days after my failed test, with no help from acclaim driving. Therefore availability really isn't the reason is it. Communication is non exsistnet overall experience awful.

Started with an instructor called lucky for a few weeks who then just stopped responding to messages when I tried to arrange another lesson. I My next instructor was better. I passed on my second attempt. Overall it is an ok driving school, however some instructors are unreliable and will seemingly just discard of you out of the blue.

Got my wife lessons with acclaim, went with female instructor in derby. Disgusting and very unprofessional service provided by her! If you want comments like, "I will need a medal if you ever pass" and aggressive behaviour in car hitting the door and window then take lessons with these people. Well my wife passed first time with another instructor. The call centre tried to be helpful and had to wait 28 days for refund on remaining lessons

Nazir is one of the best driving instructors I have ever met. He finds time to explain concepts of driving succinctly and I highly recommend anyone to looking to pass to drive with him I would never have passed my driving test without his support.

I was with acclaim for a year with Suki Mohan and i can't thank him enough! he was clear and understanding and allowed you to take things at your own pace! he put me at ease from day one and i passed first time with two minors! thank you Suki :))

Fully satisfied with Acclaim driving school. Very professional, easy to communicate, strongly recommended. My instructor Peter Brown who is very professional, punctual, and extremely honest teacher. I passed my driving test first time. Definitely recommending Peter Brown.

Eddie was perfect with my lessons, and getting me passed. Really easy to talk to, great communication throughout and really honest in assessing my ability to drive. Eddie made sure to rearrange his lesson to fit me in for a test, I cannot recommend him enough. I'd happily recommend anyone considering to drive to take lessons with Eddie, absolutely superb. Acclaim have a great calender function to pay online and book lessons. The staff were always helpful when I phoned. Lucky Bangh is a wonderful driving instructor. I was so nervous to start driving but Lucky is funny, chatty, and makes you feel really at home in her car. Lessons flew by. She didn't just teach me to pass the test - she taught me to drive properly in all situations. I passed first time and I am so grateful to her. Strongly recommend Lucky both for new learners and those who have tried to learn before and stopped.

I've just had some refresher driving lessons with Tasneem. Booking lessons was easy, I could book them online or through Tas. She was absolutely brilliant. Very calm and supportive. She really helped me update my driving skills and gave me the confidence to drive again. A great instructor, I've already passed her details on to a friend !

I would high recommend acclaim. I had a lovely instructor who helped to build my confidence massively in driving. Also prepared me for my driving test and I passed first time!

This company is awful. I paid for the 10 hour bundle but did 7 hours or less. The instructor I got put with arrived 10 minutes late for every lesson and was very aggressive and unhelpful every time I made a mistake. On one instance I asked him if I was able to reschedule a lesson, I was told it would be fine and I wouldn't get charged, 3 days later 40 of credit is gone from my account.

I tried to appeal to acclaim even presenting evidence (a screenshot of the texts saying I won't be charged) and was told I would not be able to get my money back. My final lesson with my instructor I hit the curb with his car trying to park and he becomes aggressive again by the end of the ordeal I was told "if I wasn't your instructor I would have put hands on you by now". Overall I am very upset with my experience, and I would not recommend this company to any new or inexperienced drivers

Terrible company! do not use these! complete waste of money. They are real scam artists, they don't explain things clearly. My driving instructor cancelled on me and I had to pay a 30 admin fee. Very unprofessional, none of the staff seem professional at all and as for my driving instructor, he lacked the skills to teach me and even told me he had been in several crashes himself! please be aware of long intensive courses! they seem enticing with the free retests included, but none actually explains you have to book a lot more hours to get your free retest and basically take another complete course again! such money grabbers! A better fast track company i can recommend is Apass4u - so much more professional

Paid for intensive course and wasted my money and my time. Had instructor (Michael) who did not know what he was doing and was constantly late. They were teaching me theory (even though I informed them I passed theory) all the time instead of having practice, so then I would have to book more hours and paid more money. When I pointed out few issues I was told that 'we are not not get along' and my instructor was shouting at me all the time. I had to call off lessons and did not get any refund. Customer service terrible. Definitely would not recommend.

My instructor Parveen is excellent, efficient and also can flexible with myself as I have failed 5 times at Hendon with other driving schools but with acclaim and parveen, I have passed first time around. I started driving in 2012 and went through a number of driving schools that did not correct the problem but with my faults but with Parveen’s patience and A star skills she got me right on track and made my dream come true. I highly would recommend if you are in London looking to pass regardless of first timer or expereienced as she single handedly got me the confidence needed to pass
