I have had an amazing experience with A Pass 4 U, and I give a massive credit to my driving instructor John Ward. I have had to have a break from driving lessons due to personal circumstances, however, if I had the opportunity to I would 100% come back to John for more lessons. My past lessons have been extremely useful and I have progressed more than I thought I'd ever be able to. Thank you John for all your help!

I did a 40 hour semi-intensive course with A Pass For You. I had 4x4 hour lessons per week for two weeks and then a couple lessons the week after before my test. Was definitely worth the money. They were very professional and quick to organise my course, which was booked to start about 2 months later. I would definitely recommend it. Even though you are not guaranteed a pass with the intensive course, it is definitely worth doing it as you learn everything in a couple of weeks. And I'd you don't pass, Atleast you will know everything and just need a bit more practice. Overall, great experience.

Disgraceful service. Even after taking 1203 of my money they didn't let me take my test. Saying their excuse that I wasn't ready, when i felt i was. Also the instructor was highly unprofessional talking about inappropriate subjects whilst i was driving. Also on the day of my booked test whilst i was driving in a busy main roa he decided to tell me that he wasn't going to take me to the driving test centre, this made me extremely unsettled and triggered my anxiety.

He could of at least let me pull over to a safe place before hitting me with this news. I still had a few hours left of my driving course at this point, he then asked to finish the day there asked to take me home even though I hadn't finished my driving course that I had paid for. I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone as i saved up for a long time to do this and was treated extremely unfairly. Terrible service 0 out of 10.

So happy, my instructor Kelly was brilliant. She went over and above, even answering my frantic messages on Boxing day. Couldn't have asked for a better instructor, she is unique. The team at A Pass 4 U were brilliant in taking me through the booking process and were diligent enough to get me a test within weeks. An absolute fabulous service all round from start to finish.

The instructor Danny was brilliant and overall it was a very positive experience. Just felt a bit isolated in the Southend Airport Premier Inn as there wasn't much within walking distance. I would suggest finding accommodation for students closer towards the centre of town instead. But still, can't thank Danny enough for helping me pass! He was a wonderful instructor and is really supportive to students who struggle under pressure.

I am very pleased how organised the staff was, I was worried about the driving test date in December for my son, but the staff reassured me that it will be fine. My son had Felix for his driving instructor, he enjoyed every minute of his lesson which was only a 10 hour intensive course. Thank you Felix for getting my son to pass and all the team at Apass4U for a speedy turn around getting the test date during this pandemic. I booked 20 hous intensive driving instruction. After many years of mixed lessons and never quite getting far enough for a practical test I felt I just needed to get on with it. My instructor (Sandra) was just wonderful. She was calm, reassuring and so knowledgeable. Her logical method of teaching made it really easy for the information to go in and stay in. The company's communication and organisation from day 1 was brilliant. I'm very happy that I passed today, first time and am as happy as I ever remember being. Thank you :-)

I couldn't recommend my experience with A Pass 4 you enough. What I've gained over the week and the confidence I've gained regarding my ability to drive has exceeded what I ever thought I was capable of. My driving instructor Trevor really made the experience for me and equipped me with so much knowledge and understanding. His patience, attention to detail, skill and humour (sometimes) allowed me to surpass all expectations of my driving ability and enjoyment in doing so.

I had failed my first driving test a year ago and decided to book a 20hr intensive course. The booking process with A Pass 4 U was very easy and they even booked my test a lot earlier than I could have done myself. They provided me with an instructor Jon. As a learner driver with not much confidence and a lot of nerves, Jon was very patient, understanding and easy going.

He built my driving ability up to a standard I did not think was possible and I passed my test with only 1 minor fault! I am glad I chose to do an intensive course and take the time to really learn and understand how to drive safely. I have progressed and gained more confidence in the 20hrs intensive than I did with weekly lessons previously. I would recommend taking the time to complete an intensive course with A Pass 4 U to anyone who wants to do their test, as everything I learned was fresh in my head and driving so much in 4 days really helped with my confidence. Best choice I ever made. May seem like a lot of money but so worth it. I did 5 days 25 hours within a week so 5 hours a day. My instructor could not have been better, he couldn't have made me feel more confident going into my test. And after 5 long days of driving 5 hours everyday. Today I passed my test. If your thinking of booking through these go for it. They are amazing

A Pass 4 U is absolutely amazing. I lack words to perfectly express how awesome my instructor, Neil, was. He is very loving, patient, kind, gentle, understanding, dedicated and a gifted teacher. The members of the Admin were also very professional while attending to me. To you all I say, thanks a million times.

The 10 hour intensive course was an ideal refresher for our daughter as her lessons and test were affected by the Corona virus lockdown. We were relieved that we were able to book the intensive course and a test date so that she could have the opportunity to sit her driving test. We are pleased to say that she successfully passed her driving test and cannot recommend her driving instructor (Sandra) highly enough. She was fabulous and ensured our daughter was test ready. Thank you.

Excellent service. Always kept up to date at a time when driving tests were being cancelled due to Covid. Once a test became available I was quickly informed, set up with an experienced instructor and had my test passed within weeks. Very good service with friendly and helpful staff.

I had a pretty tough experience learning to drive, but changed instructors and that made a world of difference Simon is a fantastic instructor, very good at understanding a learners perspective and adapting his training to suit their needs, has a wealth of experience that is imperative to anyone learning to drive

Had Lee in Clacton on Sea and he was fab! Did a 15 hour course that was automatic, booked over the phone. He messaged me a week in advance with times etc & passed first time with 4 minors! couldn’t recommend him & the company enough, He was so patient even though I kept making the same mistakes! He was amazing!!

The instructor Paul is actually amazing!! I never thought I’d pass and he got me ready in 4 day to take my test! I passed 1st time!! Highly recommend!!!

Horrible experience. The instructor I had, Karen in Portsmouth, was rude and harsh throughout. I failed my test but was mostly relieved that I didn’t have to put up with the hostile environment for another day. The team were helpful and efficient when it came to booking everything so it’s a shame that the experience was so unfriendly. Telling people “it’s not rocket science,” responding in a mocking manner, or cursing when someone asks a question or does something incorrectly is not only mean, but unneeded.

Her reaction to things made driving a very anxious experience for me. Most days were finished slightly early and on the last day she was almost 10 minutes late due to traffic, which is unacceptable as this should be factored into her travel route to her customers. I was an hour late for my first day due to train confusion and this was taken out of my overall time, which I think was fair due to an error on my part. I’ve seen another review on here regarding her attitude and I totally understand how the other person felt.

I almost never write negative reviews but I think it’s important in this instance for improvement on the services provided and so that others aren’t put in the same position I was.
