The most rudest and passive-aggressive woman on the phone when I rang to ask about lessons, put me off straight away!

CANT RECOMMEND KARENS AND KEITH ENOUGH Just passed my test FIRST TIME! When I first rang to enquire about booking an intensive course, I explained that I was a total novice and was very nervous. The lovely lady in the office advised that the instructor she was going to give me, was extremely good with nervous students and would make me fee comfortable.

I must of called about 3 times with different questions before I committed but nothing was too much trouble and I never felt pressured to book. Keith, my driving instructor was lovely. He made sure I was truly confident on each area of driving. Each lesson would start with him asking if there was something particular I wished to learn that day. When he advised me to book my test, I knew he must of felt I was truly ready as I had heard he had a very high pass rate. I entered my test feeling confident and ready. I passed my test and am now ready to go out in the big wide world on my own. Thank you Karens!

Definitely wouldn't recommend Dear sir/madam I have today spoken to a lady on the phone that refused to give her name or let me speak to anyone else about a voucher I have and want to use. I spoke to a man earlier on in the year about the voucher and COVID issue who informed me it would be extended to the end of December putting us straight back in lock down.

The fee has been paid and I find it very unfair that your company will not understand this and now informing me that they will not honour this voucher and refuse to take a booking stating it's out of date. The man in the office said it would run until the end of December which is the reason for my phone call to either book in for a future date or extend again either which could easily be done.

I have asked for the mans contact who I spoke to and the lady's name who I spoke to but she has refused to give either to me. I hope this can be dealt with in a fair and just way Regards Jiraporn Choogunhom

Fantastic driving school. Extremely helpful when I called up asking for advice on an intensive course. As I had to wait 6 weeks for a test my lessons were split over this time. Keith was a great instructor and I have just passed my test today. first time!

Outstanding service From contacting the office and being directed to the right instructor for me. I've spent years being too nervous to drive and have always quit after a few lessons. However, just after a few lessons with Keith he has filled me with so much confidence. He explains everything so clearly. I couldn't recommend him enough

My instructor arrived to me late on my test day. I left my home to meet him at 9:15am he said on my last lesson he'd be there at 9:30am and he showed up at 9:40am and my test was at 10:24am. He said he was stuck at local train station and the barriers were down for ages. Where I live I can hear when trains go by and I heard a few before he showed up and many cars would go by me and he is aware I live near a station so I think it would of been ideal to have left his home in plenty of time to get to me specially when I had a test!

He also arrived with no L plates and the last time he arrived without them on he said he overslept so that is why I believe he was really late. He also had horrendous body Oder which I've had to put up with on several lessons. We never did a lesson before test and I was under the impression I was going to have one but instead we went straight to the centre.

When we parked at the centre he pointed what chair to sit in but there were many empty chairs so I couldn't understand how sitting in any chair would be a problem. I did fail my test and one of the reasons was my emergency stop was not good enough. I only did the stop once 3 weeks before and never practiced in anymore lessons and on way home the instructor told me we practiced it on my last lesson 5 days before but I said we didn't and then he all of a sudden remembered.

He said his not committed to any lessons or tests till the end of October as he was going on holiday and was expecting me to book a test and have one lesson before the test I can not wait that long so I have had no option but to go to another company as I have not been pleased with my instructor lately due to the body Oder, burping constantly during lessons and also the lateness on my test day.

Had a lovely instructor in Otas, who built my confidence in driving while making sure I was driving safe. Would recommend Karen's School of Motoring for driving lessons any time any day.

Fantastic service from instructor right through to the ladies in the office. Very helpful and polite. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

Great driving school, Dave was my instructor and I couldn't be happier for it. Just passed my test and thanks to Dave and Karen's school of motoring!
