I qualified as a driving instructor in 2000. I have many years experience, patient, friendly and reliable. My first time pass rate is one of the highest in the country, something i am very proud of. I own and run the driving school. You will only be taught by me, Some schools will have different instructors with different cars teaching you. In order to conduct driving lessons on a professional basis, all instructors must be registered with the DIA. I am a DVSA registered Grade A driving instructor with over 20 years experience.

Recommend a friend or family member and get paid. Most of my work comes from recommendation. Having friends and family taught by the same driving instructor can be very beneficial - AND YOU GET PAID. There is no limit to how many friends you recommend.

Special Offers Report

If you work full time within the NHS or care worker setting, then we have a special offer for you. All driving lessons Monday to Friday starting after 09:30am and finishing by 16:30pm will cost just 32 p/h saving you 6 per hour on the standard rate.

Requirements Report

As a photo is required for your licence the DVLA can use your passport photo if you have one. If you don't have one, or you want to use a different one, this will need to be sent to the DVLA separately. You can find costs for all licence types here. Before you start the hazard perception part of the test, you'll be shown a short video clip about how it works before being shown a series of video clips on a computer screen. The clips feature everyday road scenes and contain at least one developing hazard - but one of the clips will feature two developing hazards.

Pass Plus Report

Unfortuantely, statistics show that new drivers of any age are more likely to have a collission within the first two years of passing their test than at any other time in their driving career. While this is really just down to a lack of experience insurance premiums merely reflect the increased risk.

I would definitely recommend GO 4 IT Driving school. Simon is amazing, and is very patient with all aspects of the driving, from first learning how to drive all the way to the day of test. He made it very relaxing and easy for me to pass and I could not recommend him enough.

I would highly recommend Simon! He is fantastic! Simon has all the patience in the world and will answer any question you have as he states "no question is a silly question". Simon goes way and beyond to help you out as I had my test approaching he did a Sunday morning just so we could squeeze another lesson in before my test. Thank you for getting me to test standards!

This is a great driving school, Simon built up my confidence for me to pass my test. Simon was patient and really helpful and was nice to have someone calm and kind in the car, made me feel comfortable driving and prepared for my test. Would definitely recommend Go 4 it driving school.
